Scott A. Sears, Associate

Mr. Sears represents both the public and private sectors in commercial, constitutional, and employment litigation. Advising employers on employment claims and labor issues, Mr. Sears handles matters involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, “whistleblower” claims, and various similar issues. He also regularly counsels school administrators facing difficult decisions with regard to allegations of harassment, acquisitions of tenure, and various other matters.
