Richard A. Gantner, Partner

Mr. Gantner is a certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Board on Trial Attorney Certification, as a Civil Trial Attorney. He practices primarily in the areas of Employment law (plaintiff and management); and represents plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice; Personal Injury; Automobile Accidents and Injuries; and Workers Compensation.
Selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers 2005 – 2007 and 2010 – 2018, Mr. Gantner has served as a Municipal Court Judge, is a former member of Supreme Court Committee on Municipal Court Practice and presently serves on the District XIII Ethics Committee. Mr. Gantner was an Editor, Seton Hall University Law Review, 1992-1993; Law Clerk to the Honorable G. Donald Haneke, U.S. Magistrate Judge, 1993-1994; Co-Author, with John P.
