Janice V. Arellano, Counsel

Janice V. Arellano is counsel with the firm in the Litigation Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of labor & employment, education/school law representing school districts, and civil litigation.  She also serves as a court-appointed attorney for guardianship matters in Somerset and Hunterdon counties. She has experience drafting pleadings, motions, petitions, interrogatories, and trial materials for cases defending private and public entities in state and federal court, and before the Office of Administrative Law. In addition to her practice, she is an appointed member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey Committee on Women in the Courts, New Jersey Advisory Council to the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, the American Bar Association – Section of Litigation, and New Jersey State Bar Association, Diversity Committee. She was recently selected for inclusion in the New Jersey Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list.
